However, I waited 45 minutes and no one came. I knew housekeeping was not going to come because it was late (9p) and they already told me when I arrived to not expect my room to be cleaned daily since they were short staffed. I asked to switch my room and I was told housekeeping was going to come. When I got to my room it was dirty, the tub looked like it had not been cleaned, and the toilet had urine on it.
I had a horrible experience at this hotel.
